YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, GULL AIRE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, herein in the following described property:
Lot 308, GULL AIRE VILLAGE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 77, Pages 40 through 44, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Including the home located thereon described as Palm ID #PH18685AFL and ID #PH18685BFL, which have been declared part of the real property. With the following street address: 308 Snook Court, Oldsmar, Florida 34677.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
