NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2020, and entered in Case No. 48-2018-CA-007115-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-4, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4 , is the Plaintiff and SoReal Investments, LLC, Chineme Swann, Raintree Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Lorraine Humbert, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Martin O'Steen, Ventura Country Club Community Homeowners' Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the June 9, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
