Notice is hereby given that, on May 15, 2020, at 10:00 AM, at 2504 Ave. G NW, Winter Haven, FL 33880, Daniel Kenneth Schaeffer and Pauline Geddes Schaeffer, both individually and as Trustees of the George William Geddes Revocable Living Trust, pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, shall sell at public sale by competitive bidding the following property abandoned by Mavis Sharpe, to wit: A certain 1969 REGN singlewide mobile home, bearing VIN #EN60120180.
All sales are as-is, where-is, with all faults, for cash, and subject to any and all ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority under law. The landlord, pursuant to statute, reserves the right to bid on the subject property in an attempt to recover unpaid storage costs and costs of advertising and sale.
