THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 808, ADALIA BAYFRONT CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4755, PAGE 883, AS AMENDED; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 20 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1.34% INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANTS THERETO.
