NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2020, and entered in Case No. 29-2019-CA-003680 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Britain Gailliot aka Britain Andrew Joseph Gailliot, Rachael Gailliot a/k/a Rachael Nicole Gailliot, Hillsborough County, Florida, The Villages of Oak Creek Master Association, Inc, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the May 21, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
