HARBOR BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - PUBLIC MEETING HELD DURING PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY DUE TO COVID-19
In compliance with the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, a public hearing will be held by the Harbor Bay Community Development District on the 21st day of May, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. telephonically at 253-215-8782/ Conference Code: 916-7294-7207, as it may be amended, in case the Governor's Order #20-69 is amended, the meeting will take place at 107 Manns Harbor Drive, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572, to consider District items brought to the Board of Supervisors.
In light of the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, steps are required to protect the health of the public while still ensuring continuity of District business. Per the Office of the Governor, Executive Order #20-69, Board of County Commissioners' meetings are permitted telephonically. While the physical location of the meeting is noted, members of the public will only be allowed to participate telephonically. No entry to the building will be permitted.

A copy of the agenda may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, c/o 250 International Parkway, Suite 280, Lake Mary, FL 32746 (“District Manager's Office”) during normal business hours.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the Meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
