The engineering estimate for this project is $ 710,168.00
Awards of bids for construction services with an engineering estimate in excess of $100,000.00 will be made to bidders who have pre-qualified MECHANICAL type construction in the amount that equals or exceeds their bid amount. Only those bids from bidders who are prequalified with Pinellas County (or those that have an FDOT equivalent prequalification) in the amount that equals or exceeds their bid prior to a bid opening will be considered.
