RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on March 19, 2020 in Case No. 18-007622-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION D/B/A/ GTE FINANCIAL, is Plaintiff, and JEREMY MURRAY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of May, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 2-D OF CASABLANCA CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4453, PAGE 1410, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
