LOT 90, SUNSET RIDGE PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 126, Page(s) 36 through 41, in the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, with the following street address: 644 Knollwood Drive, Davenport, FL 33837.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint on: Jennifer L. Blakeman, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is WILLIS & ODEN, 2121 S. Hiawassee Rd., Suite 116, Orlando, Florida 32835, (407) 903-9939, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, or on or before, August 19th, 2020.
Otherwise a default and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
