RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on July 16, 2020 in Case No. 2019CA002259CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTINE M. MARQUEZ A/K/A CHRISTINE HEADEN A/K/A CHRISTINE MARQUEZ A/K/A CHRISTINE HEADEN REGINALD A/K/A CHRISTINE M. LOPEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of September, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 139 COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES UNIT 1-C ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
