NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order of Sale entered on June 29, 2020 on Count I of the Plaintiff's Complaint, in that certain cause pending in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, wherein STEARNS BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and W&L NOSTEL ENTERPRISES, LLC., WILLIAM M. LETSON, JR., LISA M. LETSON, and SOUTH BRIDGE PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, Case No. 8:19-cv-02428-VMC-SPF, Daniel Feinman, Special Master, will at 11:00 am on September 14, 2020, after giving notice as required by 28 U.S.C. ยง 2002, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, at the Lynn N. Silvertooth Judicial Center, 2002 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34237, the following described property, situate and being in Sarasota County, Florida to wit.
UNITS 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D, 5E, 5F, 5G, 5H, 5I, 5J, 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D, 6E, 6F, 6G, 6H, 6I, AND 6J, SOUTH BRIDGE PARK, NO. 3, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1889, PAGES 1 THROUGH 70, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 26, PAGES 9, 9A, AND 9B, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 27, PAGES 31, 31A, AND 31B, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 27, PAGES 33, 33A, AND 33B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
