Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on July 14, 2020, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
That part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 13, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, lying North of State Road No. 574 (formerly State Road No. 23), AND that part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 13 described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 13, run South along the East boundary of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 13, a distance of 100.0 feet to intersection with the North right-of-way line of State Road no. 574; run thence Southwesterly along said North right-of-way line; which line is a curve to the right, a chord bearing and distance of South 70°24'50” West, 6.0 feet: run thence North 13°05'20” West a distance of 95.26 feet; run thence Northeasterly parallel to said North right-of-way line of State Road No. 574, a chord hearing and distance of North 69°51'01” East, 29.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
