AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and RICHARD WAYNE CLARK, JR.; CAROL DENISE GUTHRIE; NANCY C. MOSER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD WAYNE CLARK, JR. NKA SANDRA CLARK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL DENISE GUTHRIE NKA GREG GUTHRIE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN
