NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2020, and entered in Case No. 29-2018-CA-008604 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York as trustee for registered Holders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Maria E. Smith, Thurston Porter, Cross Creek II Master Association, Inc., Cross Creek Parcel O Homeowners' Association, Inc., Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB d/b/a Christiana Trust, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as owner Trustee for WF 19 Grantor Trust, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the September 14, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
