NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2020 and entered in Case No.: 20-1097-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF MADEIRA BEACH, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and OVERTURE REALTY, LLC, A KENTUCKY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is the Defendant, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 2, 2020 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 17, Block K, PAGE'S REPLAT OF MITCHELL'S BEACH, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 20, page 69, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
