NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 203, ASPEN BUILDING, OF COUNTRY LAKES I (ONE), a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 70, Pages 119-120, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5604, Page 1270, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 240 Promenade Drive, #203, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 25, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
