Plaintiff, vs. JOHN STERLING FONTAINE, DONALD HIRAM FONTAINE, and CARMEN SUAREZ-MUNERA,
Defendants.
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Schedule Foreclosure Sale Date and a Second Amended Final Judgment and Foreclosure Sale both entered on July 31, 2020, in case number 2019 CC 7330, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Rocky Bluff, Inc., a Florida corporation d/b/a Palm Grove Mobile Home Park, is the Plaintiff and John Sterling Fontaine, Donald Hiram Fontaine and Carmen Suarez-Munera, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sale conducted via internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on 16th day of September, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., the following described property in Manatee County, Florida, as set forth in said Second Amended Final Judgment, to wit:
Mobile Home owned by JOHN STERLING FONTAINE, DONALD HIRAM FONTAINE and Carmen Suarez-Munera located at 6505 US N Highway 301, A2, Ellenton, Manatee County, Florida, bearing VIN numbers S154994A and S154994B located within Palm Grove Mobile Home Park, located in Ellenton, Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
