NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 22, 2020 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonesso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of September, 2020 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
The East ½ of the East ½ of:
Commencing at the SE corner of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 6, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, thence run North 418 feet, thence West 418 feet, thence South 418 feet, thence East 418 feet to the point of Beginning, lying and being in Manatee County, Florida;
And
Being the same property conveyed to Lee J. Fox and Dianne Brooks, husband and wife, by Deed dated September 17, 2003, and recorded September 19, 2003, in Deed Book 1865, at Page 7401, in the Office of the Manatee County Florida Court Clerk.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
