NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale entered on July 14, 2020 and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-004904 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit and in Sarasota, County, Florida, wherein ROGER D. HAGER; VICKIE L. HAGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICKIE L. HAGER; NOKOMIS EAST ASSOCIATION, INC.; and SARASOTA COUNTY CLERK OF COURT are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on September 2, 2020 at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, MARLAND COURT, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
And commonly known as 709 ALJOHN STREET, NOKOMIS, FL 34275
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
