NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2020 CA 000807 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GLEN OAKS RIDGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JUDITH STERLING RUBIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDITH STERLING RUBIN; SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; CREDIT CORP SOLUTIONS, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
