YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you are a beneficiary of the AUDREY M. KNOX TRUST AGREEMENT dated September 16, 2005, as amended and restated. A Notice of Trust and Notice of Administration has been filed in this Estate proceeding. The Trust is the beneficiary of the Estate. To receive your beneficial interest in the Trust please contact the attorney for the Trustee, whose name and address are: MISA A. EVERIST, ESQ., of EVERIST TILLMAN, PLLC, 915 - 1st Avenue North, Suite B, St. Petersburg, Florida 33705, on or before 09/11/2020, 2020. Failure to contact the attorney for the Trustee may result in the deposit of your beneficial interest with the Clerk of the Court. In addition, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on the Personal Representative and Trustee's attorney, MISA A. EVERIST, ESQ., of EVERIST TILLMAN, PLLC, 915 - 1st Avenue North, Suite B, St. Petersburg, Florida 33705 and to file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately thereafter. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded, without further notice.
