NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 25, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-002448-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc, is the Plaintiff and Wesley Wimberly, Andrea Leigh Wimberly, AV Construction, LLC, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Arielle Alvarez, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the September 17, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
