NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-008437-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, DANIEL J. MANCINI, Plaintiff, and, RAZORBACK CAPITAL, LLC, JOSHUA MANCHESTER, MARIE & MAE, LLC, CALADESI PLACE TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANTS(S), Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com/index.cfm, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of September, 2020, the following described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:
Unit 3, Caladesi Place, a Condominium, all as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto and forming a part thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5360, Page 30 through 70, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
