NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated July 8, 2020, entered in case No. 18-4756-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CABANA SERIES III TRUST is the Plaintiff and ROBERT DEGRAFF and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LAUREN CHAMBERLAIN are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on SEPTEMBER 15, 2020, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 235, GREENDALE ESTATES SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57 PAGE 78 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
