NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3,2020 entered in Civil Case No. of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V- D, is Substituted Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARINE C. LARKIN A/K/A MARINE LARKIN DECEASED; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at www.polk.realforeclose.com on the September 3, 2020 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
