NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in this case in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, and pursuant to Administrative Order (3-15.14) in the Tenth Judicial Circuit In and For Polk County, Florida the real property described as:
Lots 78, 79 and 114 LESS that part of Lot 114 lying North of a line described as beginning Southwest corner of Lot 77, run North along West boundary 24 feet to Point of Beginning, deflect RT 91 degrees 51 minutes, and run 128.05 feet to a point located on the Northeasterly boundary of Lot 114, said point located 33 feet Southeasterly from most Northerly corner of Lot 114; AND that part of Lot 77 described as beginning Southwest corner, run North 24 feet, deflect 91 degrees 51 minutes, and run 90 feet M/L Southwesterly 30 feet M/L West 61.3 feet to Point of Beginning, of UNIT NO. 1, LAKE REGION ESTATES, as shown by map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 27, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Property Address: 148 Buckeye Loop Rd, Winter Haven, FL 33881-2703, will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on September 8, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
