AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
