NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2020 entered in Civil Case No 2014-CA-001317 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-B is Plaintiff and JAMES HAROLD ETHERIDGE; et al., are Defendant(s).
