Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Pasco County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 21, UNIT ONE - THIRD ADDITION, HUDSON BEACH ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for case, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 22, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
