NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2019CA001882CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee for SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR1, is Plaintiff and ROBERT P. CONRAD A/K/A ROBERT CONRAD A/K/A ROBERT PAUL CONRAD, SR. A/K/A ROBERT P. CONRAD, SR. A/K/A ROBERT CONRAD, SR. A/K/A ROBERT PAUL CONRAD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT P. CONRAD A/K/A ROBERT CONRAD A/K/A ROBERT PAUL CONRAD, SR. A/K/A ROBERT P. CONRAD, SR. A/K/A ROBERT CONRAD, SR. A/K/A ROBERT PAUL CONRAD; JANICE M. and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
