NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 3, 2020 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of September, 2020 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Lot 121, FAIRWAY OAKS UNIT TWO-A, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 113 Through 115, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
