NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 2018CA000874CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF HIMWANTIE SOOKLALL, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ - SOWLES, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 22, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT(S) 1614, OF BEACON SQUARE, UNIT 13B AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 119, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
