Unit 112, Midnight Cove, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1151, Page 1646, and all amendments thereto, if any, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Pages 34, 34A and 34B, and all amendments thereto, if any, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by MATTHEW STUKENBERG, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 5500 Bee Ridge Road, Suite 201, Sarasota, Florida 34233, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or Sept 21. 2020; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in THE BUSINESS OBSERVER.
