Final Judgment was awarded on July 26, 2018 in Civil Case No. 58-2011-CA-008771 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-1 is the Plaintiff, and KAREN KERNAN AS TRUSTEE, UNDER THE 3725 HELMIG LAND TRUST AGREEMENT; KAREN KERNAN; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com on September 21, 2020 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PART OF LOT 8, BLOCK 2, SARASOTA-VENICE COMPANY SUBDIVISION, OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SE CORNER OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE WEST ALONG SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 150 FEET TO THE POB; THENCE NORTH 330 FEET PARALLEL TO EAST LINE OF LOTS; THENCE WEST 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 330 FEET TO SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE EAST 100 FEET TO POB.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
