NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Ex Parte Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered August 12, 2020 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-124412 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF JOEL I. UTTER, THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF JOEL I. UTTER, CREDIT TRUST, KATHERINE MOWEN are the Defendants.
