Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 10 day of August, 2020, and entered in case No. 20-CC-002020 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SAIL HARBOUR AT HEALTHPARK HOMEOWNERS' SUB-ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, DAWN MCCLEARY, UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT IN POSSESSION, N/K/A JOHN/JANE DOE, AND HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of September, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 68, SAIL HARBOUR AT HEALTHPARK, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Instrument No. 2005000068039, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
