NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated August 14, 2020, and entered in Case No.: 2019-CC-2067 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DARYL WHITE is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY PARRIS, is the Defendant, the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of October 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 1/2 of Lot 1 and the East 1/2 Lot 2, Block C, MANASOTA PARK, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 154, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
