NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 2020CA000271000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-C, is Plaintiff and CHARLES FAULKNER; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at www.polk.realforeclose.com on October 13, 2020 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, Block A, HOBBS AND CORLEY ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 49, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
