NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 15, 2020 and entered in Case No. 532019CA000999000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and NIGEL ANTHONY LLEWELLYN JENKINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NIGEL ANTHONY LLEWELLYN JENKINS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; INTERNATIONAL BASS LAKE RESORT HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIDEWATER FINANCE COMPANY T/A TIDEWATER CREDIT SERVICES A/K/A TIDEWATER FINANCE COMPANY D/B/A TIDEWATER CREDIT SERVICES; TIDEWATER FINANCE COMPANY D/B/A TIDEWATER MOTOR CREDIT; are defendants.
