Unit No. G-308, CHATHAM SQUARE II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1592, at Pages 1656 through 1737, inclusive, as amended of record, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney Meredith Peck Ralston, Esq. of Peck & Peck, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 5200 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34103, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
This notice shall be published for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
