TO: G. ELLIOT SCHMIDT A/K/A G. ELLIOTT SCHMIDT; and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHERS CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST G. ELLIOT SCHMIDT a/k/a G. ELLIOTT SCHMIDT, DECEASED.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following property located in Naples, COLLIER County Florida:
Phase 2, Unit 7 of THE COACH HOMES OF BERKSHIRE LAKES, a condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded at Official Record Book 1424, Page 156, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended, together with all common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney Meredith Peck Ralston, Esq. of Peck & Peck, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 5200 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34103, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
This notice shall be published for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
