NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 112019CA0023300001XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein North American Savings Bank F.S.B., Plaintiff and Greg Sprink are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on September 10, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 71, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 19 AND 20, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
