NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16, 2020, in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier County, Florida, on September 10, 2020, at 11:00 AM, at Lobby 3rd Floor Courthouse Annex of Collier County Courthouse 3315 E Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 for the following described property:
Unit No. 102, Building 16, Phase XVI, SERENA at Fiddler's Creek, a Condominium, together with the pro rata interest in the Common Elements and Common Property of the Condominium and Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of Serena at Fiddler's Creek, a Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 4178, at Page 1571, et seq., and as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
