NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, on September 10, 2020, I will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the Lobby of the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, the following described property:
Unit 4, EVERGLADES CITY CLUB RESTAURANT AND MARINA, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 735, Page 427, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with its undivided interest in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
