NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment Foreclosure, dated August 12, 2020, wherein MICHAEL C. JONES is the Plaintiff and LION HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; ERIC H. MILLER are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m., on the 7th day of October 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment.
Lot 69, Tract C, Unit No. 1, LAKEWOOD, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 37, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
