NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 20, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-988-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is Plaintiff and MICHAEL P. KELLY, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of September, 2020 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
From the intersection of the Southwesterly line of 66 foot R/W of Tamiami Trail (U.S. Highway No. 41) and the Southeasterly line of the 66 foot R/W of Stickney Point Road, run Southwesterly along said Southeasterly line of Stickney Point Road, 2345 feet to a concrete monument on the Northeasterly line of a 60 foot street; thence angle to the left of 111 Degrees 34 Minutes, run Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line of 60 foot Street, 602.2 feet to an iron pipe on the Southeasterly line of a 40 foot street; thence angle to the left of 68 Degrees 26 minutes run Northeasterly along said Southeasterly line of 40 foot street and parallel to Stickney Point Road, 437 feet to an iron pipe which is the Point of Beginning; thence continue on the same line 80 feet; thence angle to the right of 90 Degrees, run Southeasterly, 120 feet; thence angle to the right of 90 Degrees run Southwesterly parallel to Stickney Point Road, 80 feet; thence angle to the right of 90 Degrees, run Northwesterly 120 feet to the Point of Beginning. Being in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 17, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
