Lot 11, Camelot, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 29, page 135, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order scheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
