Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 a.m. on 23 day of September, 2020 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
LOT 15 AND LOT 16, BLOCK 2515, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 36, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
