NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment for Damages and Foreclosure of Lien dated April 2, 2020 and an Order Rescheduling Online Foreclosure Sale dated August 19, 2020, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 22nd day of September, 2020 beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
The mobile home located on Plaintiff's property at 5200 28th Street North, Lot #408, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida 33714, a 1965 TITA Mobile Home, VIN #115122735, Title #0001991405.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
