SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Pinellas County School Board (the district) requests qualification statements from experienced and qualified firms or individuals to provide architectural design services for the above referenced project

This project includes new roofing and renovations of the existing 74th Street Elementary School campus. The project's goal is to construct a new parking area at the north-west of the property and an extensive renovation of the existing facility to include interior finish upgrades and new roofing. Demolition of Building 4.
